This 4-day intensive workshop is a rare opportunity to train in-person by the co-founder of the EFT approach in Cyprus, and it will be the last in-person training in Europe before Professor Elliott’s retirement.

It is an honor to announce that the co-founder of Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Emeritus Professor Robert Elliott will be in Cyprus to deliver a four-day intensive skills training in Emotion Focused Therapy.
The Cyprus Institute of Emotion Focused Therapy and the University of Cyprus will host this Level 1 training workshop in EFT in October 2022; a rare opportunity to learn directly and in-person from one of the developers of this approach. Please note this will be the last in-person training led by Prof Elliott in Europe as he will move to the USA beginning of next year.
Led by Robert Elliott this intensive four-day training provides therapists with the skills they need to work more directly with emotions in their practice. This is an advanced skills training aimed at practicing therapists (enrollment is open to qualified therapists from psychology and relevant backgrounds, and/or postgraduate students and above) and is relevant to anyone interested in learning about EFT. For those who may wish to take their training in EFT further, this workshop is the first step in becoming certified as an EFT therapist. A signed certification will be given at the end of the course.
